IAI HOLDING A/S is a Danish holding company based in Kerteminde which was established on 06.08.2003. It owns and operates various subsidiaries involved in steel processing and manufacturing, including roll forming, sheet working, turret punching, energy drinks, Food and Beverages with other agricultural food products and raw materials as well. The company has been acquired by Wegener KG, with a new CEO, Frank Wegener, taking over this early 2025.
